When opening 15 Time capsules you will unlock a feat that will bring you the Black Adam Doll Accessory via Mail.
When Opening 25 Time Capsules you will unlock the feat that will grant you the Black Adam Ally via Mail.

Unlock by opening 25 Time Capsules. The Ally is granted via Mail after unlocking the feat, and can be unlocked on any character.
