Funnily enough, when we started working on Base Crafters, on 04/30/2022, we never realllly imagined where it will end. The whole thing basically started as my Idea, which I pitched to Achikah who I saw on the DCUO Forums, being pretty active and posting her bases and others in "Share Your Bases" thread and or just generally in Gotham City. When we started getting really into the idea I asked if maybe we should add Ryll in on this too as Ryll is pretty involved with anything related to Bases too. Ryll joined us instantly and this was the "Birth" of our team. First we managed things on the forums, which was harder to communicate due to it being the forums, and having timer on posts even in DM's. So I offered both to make a Discord so we can keep easily in touch. They did so and we started planning everything for the first episode. I made the Forums post and tweeted on Twitter, and a lot of people got excited over the idea. From there it was pretty much a smooth run. I had to take a break so we went on a hiatus from the Base Crafters episodes, HOWEVER we made the incredible base crafters community discord, and even Community Manager Mepps joined us!
